KLX230 aftermarket exhaust in lightweight titanium. Full system with powerbomb-style expansion chamber for improved air flow. Beautifully crafted in Chiang Mai, Thailand, these exhausts deliver crisp throttle response, improved exhaust gas flow and improved power to weight ratio. Rich, full sounding exhaust; louder and lighter than stock. Weighing in at approximately 2.8kg, the titanium full system is less than half the weight of the OEM system.
This exhaust does not require a remap, but we recommend installing in conjunction with the pair valve delete and manual idle adjustment screw. The Pair Valve Delete will enable you to remove the pair valve and charcoal cannister emissions equipment from the motorcycle, resolving any noticeable backfiring.
If you combine this exhaust with the velocity stack, however, the Full Stand Next ECU must be used to remap the fueling so that the engine does not run too lean.
We strongly recommend an aftermarket, powerbomb compatible heat shield to cover the powerbomb expansion chamber beside your right leg.
This exhaust, and other emissions modifications, may not be compliant with laws in your jurisdiction. Exhausts are shipped with spark arrestor installed. Decibel killer is located in the forward end of the muffler, and can be removed for crisper throttle response and louder sound.
When installing this exhaust system, please be sure to clean all fingerprints and oils off before heating the exhaust system for the first time, in order to avoid discoloration of the titanium.

AVAILABILITY:
Exhausts available to fit all years and models of KLX230 with the sole exception of the India 2026 models (India market only). However, all customers should please check fitment notes to ensure that you select the correct exhaust for your year and model.
CHECK FITMENT:
The new chassis design was introduced to the North American, Australia and New Zealand markets in 2024. However, in other markets, such as Thailand, the new chassis was not introduced until 2025. The KLX230 which was released in India for 2025 has the new chassis, and is compatible with the 2024+ exhausts from HIVolt Spares. However the Indian 2026 version (made in India and sold in the India market ONLY) reverts back to the older chassis with a new header shape which is incompatible with any HiVolt exhaust currently in production.
Double check your fitment by checking the direction of your front skid plate mounting bolts. If the front mounting bolts points front-back, then you have the 2021-2023 old chassis. If the front mounting bolts face to the sides of the bike, then you have the new chassis and should select 2024+.
Also be sure to select the correct model: exhausts for the 2024+ motard and dualsport models are not the same as for 2024+ R and RS models.
HEADER PROTECTION:
The 2024+ KLX230 has a low header pipe, which is vulnerable to damage. We recommend the new HiVolt Skid Plate – Extra Header Protection. Regular skid plates (no header protection) are also available in compact or long linkage protection variations.
INSTALLATION NOTES: When installing the pipe, you may need to remove the black rubber grommet which acts as a spacer on the inside of the main frame bolt. This will position the pipe further away from your airbox, and in correct alignment.
