Titanium full exhaust with powerbomb for KLX230

KLX230 aftermarket exhaust in lightweight titanium. Full system with powerbomb-style expansion chamber for improved air flow. Beautifully crafted in Chiang Mai, Thailand, these exhausts deliver crisp throttle response, improved exhaust gas flow and improved power to weight ratio. Rich, full sounding exhaust; louder and lighter than stock. Weighing in at approximately 2.8kg, the titanium full system is less than half the weight of the OEM system.

This exhaust does not require a remap, but we recommend installing in conjunction with the Pair Valve Delete and manual idle adjustment screw. The Pair Valve Delete will enable you to remove the pair valve and charcoal cannister emissions equipment from the motorcycle, resolving any noticeable backfiring.

We strongly recommend an aftermarket, powerbomb compatible heat shield to cover the powerbomb expansion chamber beside your right leg.
