Stainless full exhaust with powerbomb for KLX230

KLX230 aftermarket exhaust full system in stainless steel. Features powerbomb style expansion chamber for enhanced air flow.  Beautifully crafted in Chiang Mai, Thailand, these exhausts deliver crisp throttle response, improved exhaust gas flow and improved power to weight ratio. Rich, full sound; louder than stock.

This aftermarket exhaust does not require a remap, but we recommend installing in conjunction with the pair valve delete and manual idle adjustment screw. The Pair Valve Delete will enable you to remove the pair valve and charcoal cannister emissions equipment from the motorcycle, resolving any noticeable backfiring. You may also wish to install a heat shield.

This exhaust, and other emissions modifications, may not be compliant with laws in your jursidiction. Our exhausts standardly come with a spark arrestor. If you do not want a spark arrestor, please advise when ordering.
