1.1 HiVolt Motorsport Partnership Limited (HiVolt) will refund or replace items which arrive in a damaged or faulty condition.

1.2 In order to claim under Clause 1.1 above, customers are required to provide video or photographic evidence proving that items arrived in a damaged or faulty condition, including, but not limited to, video or photographic evidence of any damage to external packaging.

1.3 HiVolt reserves the right to request return of faulty items for assessment as to whether items are faulty in accordance with Clause 1.1. If items are found to be faulty, HiVolt will cover the costs of return shipping by regular mail, in addition to replacing or refunding faulty items.

1.4 Customers must notify HiVolt of any claims under Clause 1.1 within 14 days of the product’s delivery to the customer’s nominated shipping address. Notice must be given by email to orders@hivoltspares.com. Failure to comply with this subclause will render any claim under Clause 1.1. null and void.

2.1 HiVolt does not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect item selection.

3.1 In all cases, the liability of HiVolt in respect of any item sold is limited to the price at which the customer purchased the item from HiVolt plus the cost of the product’s return by regular mail.
