Aftermarket ECU for KLX230 – ECU Shop Full Stand Next

Remap your KLX230 using the aftermarket ECU Shop Full Stand Next tuning chip. Made in Thailand, this aftermarket ECU for KLX230 is plug and play with preset racing mapping, while also allowing additional tuning options for advanced users. Simply unplug the OEM ECU and plug the Full Stand Next ECU in its place. You will then be able to remap and tune according to your preferences, using the Full Stand Next mobile tuning app for Android and iOS.

Why Use An Aftermarket ECU?

The OEM ECU on the KLX230 is locked by Kawasaki, meaning that it cannot be remapped without dealership equipment. This is an issue because the factory air-fuel settings are extremely lean. Although it is possible to upgrade to an open exhaust without remapping, additional modifications such as a velocity stack will result in the engine running too lean without an ECU remap.

Recommended Set Up:

For an easy performance upgrade without opening your engine, we recommend the following combination of modifications: full system exhaust (stainless, or lightweight titanium) + velocity stack + pair valve delete + manual idle screw + aftermarket ECU.
