High performance high flow full exhaust for CRF300L and CRF300 Rally in stainless or titanium. Featuring a powerbomb style expansion chamber to enhance air flow, these exhausts are lighter than stock and significantly derestricted, meaning more horsepower and better throttle response under load.
Actual bhp gains will vary according to the year model of your CRF, any other modifications made to the bike, as well as local conditions ranging from fuel quality to altitude to air temperature.
It is not necessary to remap for this exhaust. However, tuning will allow you to acheive optimal results from any engine modification.
Important Information: This exhaust is NOT quiet (approx. 90.5 decibels). HiVolt Motorsport offers no guarantees that this exhaust will be compliant with any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
All exhausts ship with spark arrestor and removable decibel killer.
For CRF300L users, we recommend you also purchase a powerbomb heat shield to prevent your leg from catching on fire. This is not necessary for the CRF300 Rally, as the forward shrouds cover this part of the header pipe completely.
