Off Road Handguards

Wrap around off road handguards for KLX and CRF.

Heavy duty wrap around handguards with plastic shielding moulded directly around the aluminum bar for maximum strength and durability. Designed for off road use with rigid handlebar types.

Supplied with bar fittings for 28mm fatbars (1 1/8″) but can also be installed with 22mm (7/8″) bars by using our triple clamp mounts (for KLX or for CRF) to mount the inner end of the handguard directly to the triple clamp.

For CRF300 and KLX230 we recommend running these handguards with triple clamp mounts on Renthal Twinwall 996 handlebars in combination with compact folding pivot levers, as the longer stock levers may contact the inside of the handguards.

Fits most off road and enduro handlebar types. During installation, fit all bolts loosely before incrementally tightening each bolt a little at a time in an alternating pattern. Check that clutch and brake levers do not touch the insides of the hand guards.
